Philko Peroxide Corporation, is a Philippine based company that is involved in the manufacture, trading and distribution of different grades of chemicals for various industrial applications. Philko Peroxide Corporation has been in business since 1994, has grown from its beginnings as hydrogen peroxide dilution factory to include the trading and distribution of other chemicals used in the Philippines.

In the early 1990's, There was an increasing demand for hydrogen peroxide in the Philippines. Trust International Paper Corporation (TIPCO), being the largest paper producer in the Philippines and likewise the biggest user of hydrogen peroxide for its pulp bleaching facility has need of a reliable, cheap and consistent supplier of hydrogen peroxide. Oriental Chemical Industries Corporation (OCI Corp) of Korea, known to be among the biggest manufacturer of hydrogen peroxide in Asia, collaborated with TIPCO to enter into a joint venture to put up a dilution plant of hydrogen peroxide in the Philippines to cater for TIPCO's needs. By 1994, Philko Peroxide Corporation was incorporated whose primary purpose is to supply hydrogen peroxide to TIPCO, By 1995, Philko started its commercial operation and started to establish itself as the strongest supplier of quality hydrogen peroxide in the Philippines.

The regional economic turmoil of 1997 prompted Philko Peroxide Corporation to diversify its operation to include trading of other chemicals such as glacial acetic acid, caustic soda falkes and caustic soda liquid, phosphoric acid, soda ash light STPP, sodium hydrosulfite, Zeolite 4A, LABS and others to cover for its operating expenses. From that time forth, Philko Peroxide Corporation continued to increase its market share in different grades of chemicals used in paper making, soap and detergent, textile, mining and electronics industries.
